Having recently returned to her native Australia from 8 years living and working in London, photographer and filmmaker Amie Milne is fascinated by the pursuit of emotional connection. Exploring naturalism and human behaviour through her concepts, she captures the nuance of effortless beauty and honest intimacy within her work. Deeply involved in the natural world and always seeking to convey a connection to her subjects’ inner lives, Milne’s emotive images allow the viewer to feel transported to an elusive and intimate moment.
